1. Is it free?

Yes, this service is free for all patients. You have to directly pay the doctor as usual when you visit the doctor.

2. What types of appointments can I book?

You can book appointments for doctors as well as other services offered by clinics - such as different types of scans, health checkups etc.

3. Is the appointment confirmed?

DocPulse takes great care to communicate with the doctors/clinics listed to make them aware about the importance of having the correct availability information. Everytime an appointment is booked, the time-slot is reserved for you and no one else will be able to book an appointment in that time slot. DocPulse also reminds both the patient and the doctor to keep the time. In the unlikely event, the appointment is cancelled, patient is notified in advance. Despite all this, due to circumstances beyond our control, in case you are dissatisfied with our service, after every appointment we ask you to fill a feedback form, which will be used improve our service.

4. What if I am unable to make it to the appointment?

You need to cancel the appointment using the "Cancel Appointment" link. We understand you are busy, in case you want us to cancel it for you, please call into our representative who can do it for you.

5. I went to the clinic at the right time, but the doctor was not available.

We take utmost care to see that this does not happen. However if it does happen, please fill in the feedback form that we send out so that your feedback about the doctor is noted. We use this feedback for internal purposes only, and your name will be kept confidential.

6. What details do I need to book an appointment?

Patients full name, number, reason for visit. All this information will be kept confidential and will be shared with only the doctor.

7. I am unable to find the doctor I want, what should I do?
